Waitlist privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you join the dCOA waitlist at dcoa.art.
Who is responsible
Civitico y Cía. Ltda., based in Montevideo, Uruguay. For any question about your information, email us at contact@dcoa.art.
What we ask for
Your name, your email, your profile (artist, photographer, collector or gallery) and your country. If you are a gallery, also its name and website.
We also keep the date you signed up, the language of the page and the version of this notice you accepted.
What we use it for
To let you know by email when we open access and, from time to time, to share dCOA news. You can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Who we share it with
We store the information with Supabase (database hosted in São Paulo, Brazil) and send emails with Resend. We receive internal notifications of each sign-up in Zoho Mail. These providers process it only to provide their service to us.
Apart from those providers, we do not sell or share your information with anyone.
How long we keep it
While the waitlist is active, or until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe, at any time. Email contact@dcoa.art from the address you signed up with.
Changes to this notice
If we change it, we will publish the new version on this page, with its number and date.
